Mr. Howell

Welcome! My name is Mr. Howell and I am the school librarian at Harper Park Middle School. This is my 14th year of teaching as a librarian. I am originally from Pennsylvania and moved south to work in education in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  I graduated from Seton Hill University with a degree in Religious Studies and History.  I then attended Clarion University for my M.S. in Library Science.  I greatly enjoy science fiction and zombie novels.  Please feel free to direct your informational queries to me at james.howell@lcps.org!
