Welcome AP, Research, and Academic Biology students! I look forward to meeting each of you, and I hope to excite and engage you with scientific exploration throughout the year!

This is Mrs. Lille's seventh year teaching biology at Briar Woods. Mrs. Lille moved around the world (and the United States) growing up, but settled in Virginia after attending Virginia Tech; there she received her Bachelors of Science in Horticulture. GO HOKIES!!! Mrs. Lille completed her Masters of Education at George Mason University.

When Mrs. Lille is not at school she is active in her local community; she lives in Ashburn, so expect to see her around occasionally when you're out and about. Mrs. Lille is a long-time swimmer and also enjoys biking, running, hiking, and kayaking. Mrs. Lille has a passion for plants and an addiction to growing ferns!

The best time to speak with me about personal concerns is outside of class. Coming to see me after school will typically provide you with my undivided attention, but you can try to seek me out any other time that I am not teaching. Please do not interrupt another class to speak with me. Thank you!
