Mr. Matthew Sarmiento

I am a proud member of Stone Bridge High School's first graduating class in 2002. I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Film & Media Studies from George Mason University in 2006. In 2019, I earned my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Virginia. I previously taught English for five years at a private school in Herndon, Virginia. This is my tenth year back at Stone Bridge, where I currently teach English 9 Honors and AP Literature and Composition. All class materials are located in Schoology.
