Sandra I. Curtis

¡Hola! My name is Sandra I. Curtis and I am a Spanish educator at Loudoun Valley High School. I received a BA in Secondary Education with a teaching major in English as a Foreign Language and English Literature, and an undergraduate major in English-Spanish Translation. Then, in 2009, I received my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Multilingual and Multicultural Education from George Mason University. In 2018, I received my Professional Certificate in School Leadership and Supervision from Shenandoah University. Currently, I am a doctoral candidate in the Administrative Leadership program at Shenandoah University. My experience includes teaching Spanish I, II, III, IV, V and AP V, and EL (English Learners). In addition, I taught Intermediate Spanish at Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA. I am also a sponsor for the LVHS International Club. I look forward to an exciting and very successful academic year at LVHS! Go Vikings!!
