Hello!  My name is Kathy Rather. I am a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Elementary Education.  I have been an early childhood educator for 36 years.  I started my teaching career as a kindergarten teacher in Memphis, Tennessee.  Later, I moved to Loudoun County and taught first grade for 19 years.  This will be my fifth year teaching kindergarten at Moorefield Station and I couldn't be more thrilled!  I feel that working with young children and their parents is an honor and a privilege.  Get ready, Kindergartners...
