    Rachael Urbaniak

My name is Rachael Urbaniak. My husband and I are originally from Upstate New York and moved to Virginia in 2007. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Childhood Education and a Bachelors Degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Elmira College, where I also played soccer for four years. I have been teaching for 16 years. This will be my 14th year teaching Kindergarten and my 12th year with Loudoun County.

I have a ten-old daughter named Kylee and a seven-year-old daughter named Avery. Being their mom is such a blessing! I have 3 dogs; Kacie, a golden retriever, Thor, a German shepherd, and Kimber, a German shepherd. I absolutely love dogs and wish I could take in every dog without a home! I enjoy spending time and making memories with my family and exercising and being active.

Kindergarten is a VERY important year as it sets the foundation and tone for your child's educational career. It is my goal to make this year an exciting and unforgettable one for you and your child. I can't wait to meet you and look forward to working with you this year!
