Mrs. Neach

My name is Melissa Neach. I've been working for LCPS since 2001. I received both undergraduate and graduate degrees at George Mason in Psychology and Early Childhood Special Education. I've always worked with children with either multiple disabilities or developmental delays. I continue to learn each year about the in's and out's of special education. In my free time, I am usually on the baseball field with my 2 sons and my husband. I look forward to teaching the Reverse Inclusion program and love being a Cool Spring penguin!

Mrs. Boyer- ECSE Resource Teacher

Hello! My name is Jeannie Boyer and I am an Early Childhood Special Education Resource Teacher based out of Cool Spring Elementary. I have the privilege of working with preschoolers in the community setting as well as interacting with a variety of professionals in the county.

My background includes receiving my undergraduate and graduate degrees from James Madison University. I have over 30 years of professional and volunteer experience working with a variety of students. Roles I've served in the Northern Virginia area include being an Assistive Technology Specialist, Nursery Coordinator, K-3 Special Education classroom teacher, teacher mentor, and ECSE classroom teacher.
