Meet the Preschool Team!
My name is Melissa Neach. I've been working for LCPS since 2001. I received both undergraduate and graduate degrees at George Mason, Psychology and Early Childhood Special Education. I've always worked with children with either multiple disabilities or developmentl delays. I continue to learn each year about the in's and out's of special education. In my free time, I am usually on the baseball field with my 2 sons and my husband. I look forward to teaching the Reverse Inclusion program and love being Cool Spring penguin!
Hello! My name is Jennifer (Jen) Meinert. For the past 22 years, I have worked with young children in a variety of early intervention and early childhood special education programs. I received my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Minnesota State University and have a Master’s Degree in Differential Instruction from Concordia College. When teaching young children, I use meaningful and engaging instruction to assist each child reach their fullest potential. My family and I recently moved to Leesburg from MN. When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, decorating, and traveling. It’s going to be a great school year!

Hello! My name is Jeannie Boyer and I am an Early Childhood Special Education Resource Teacher based out of Cool Spring Elementary. I have the privilege of working with preschoolers in the community setting as well as have the opportunity to interact with a variety of professionals in the county.
My background includes receiving my undergraduated and graduate degrees from James Madison University. I have over 25 years of professional and volunteer experience working with a variety of students. Roles I've served in the Northern Virginia area include being an Assitive Technology Specialist, Nursery Coordinator, K-3 Special Education classroom teacher, teacher mentor, and ECSE classroom teacher.
