- Books and audio books may be checked out for a 2-week period, and may be renewed at the circulation desk as long as no holds on the material have been placed by others.
- Magazines are checked out for 1 week.
- Students may check out up to 5 items; the librarians may make exceptions to this limit for special circumstances.
- Items missing over 2 months are considered "lost" and must be paid for. If the item is found by the end of the academic year, payment will be refunded. Checks for lost books should be made payable to Douglass School.
