Mrs. Dowe is a cross-categorical teacher who has been teaching in Loudoun County since 2012. Mrs. Dowe enjoys teaching Mathematics at Tuscarora High School. She teaches Algebra. She received her undergraduate degree in Business from Shepherd University and a Master's in Education from Shenandoah University. Mrs. Dowe's favorite hobby is traveling with family. She especially enjoys cruising the Caribbean.
