• Mrs. Wagoner teaches English 9 at Loudoun County High School. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a minor in Political Science from Virginia Tech and obtained her teaching license through Educate VA's Career Switcher program. Prior to becoming a teacher, Mrs. Wagoner worked as a reporter and assistant editor at the Loudoun Times-Mirror newspaper in Leesburg.
