• Mrs. Hawes is in her 21st year of teaching elementary children. This will be her 12th year of teaching fourth grade at Evergreen Mill. She taught second grade and special education at Meadowland Elementary in Loudoun County for nine years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the Ohio State University in elementary and special education. Go Bucks!

    Mrs. Hawes lives in Sterling with her husband, two sons, and daughter. Mrs. Hawes enjoys reading, riding roller coasters, eating chocolate chip cookies, and watching her kids participate in sporting events.
