Miss Traci Swack

Miss Swack has been teaching students with disabilities for 21 years. She taught from 2000-2012 in the Frederick County Virginia Public School system. In 2012, Miss Swack began teaching in Loundoun County Public Schools. Miss Swack has a Masters Degree in Special Education from George Mason University, and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from George Mason University.

It is Miss Swack's belief that all students are able to learn, as long as a teacher takes the time to find out how a student learns and takes into account each student's strengths and weaknesses. Miss Swack, also, believes that each student brings their own gift to the classroom. She thrives on helping each student to discover his or her strengths and weaknesses, as well as exploring how to reach each student's potential. Furthermore, she has empathy and compassion for students. Each student is a unique individual who is entitled to a fair chance at an education. She would like to provide that to each and every student that she teaches.
