Mrs. Allison Kipp

Mrs. Kipp is very excited to start her 14th year of teaching in Loudoun County Public Schools and her 9th year as a Legacy Lab!  Mrs. Kipp is a graduate of Shenandoah Conservatory of Shenandoah University with both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Music Education with an emphasis in choral/general music. 
In her spare time, Mrs. Kipp presents sessions at state-wide and national Music Education Conferences.  She has presented on the topics of musical creativity and improvisation in the elementary classroom. Mrs. Kipp hopes to continue presenting at state and national music conferences to share her ideas and to promote best practices in the elementary music classroom.
Mrs. Kipp holds professional membership in The National Association for Music Education (NAfME), The Jazz Education Network (JEN) and Sigma Alpha Iota Music Service Fraternity (SAI).
