Mrs. Walter
My name is Claudia Walter and I am the Spectrum teacher at Harper Park. I teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Spectrum, which is the gifted resource class. This is my 25th year teaching in Loudoun County, and my 10th year at Harper Park teaching Spectrum. My other 15 years of experience was at the elementary school level, teaching at Cool Spring, Potowmack, Evergreen Mill, and Creighton's Corner Elementary schools. I received my gifted endorsement from UVA, and my bachelors degree from JMU- Go Dukes!! In my free time, I like to watch my daughter play field hockey, read, cook, watch a lot of TV, travel, and spend time with my husband, two daughters, 2 dogs, and 4 cats!

My class runs 45 minutes and splits between the blocks.
8th grade classes will have Spectrum the 1st half of their block, and Resource the 2nd half of the block.
