  • Ryan Girard

    Social Sciences and Global Studies
    Mr. Girard is in his sixth year teaching at John Champe High School. He previously taught at Potomac Falls High School and Mercer Middle School. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from James Madison University (Go Dukes!) and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University. Mr. Girard also serves as the Social Sciences and Global Studies Department Chair and a Varsity football coach for the Knights. He looks forward to a positive and productive year in AP World History, AP U.S & Comparative Government and Politics, and U.S and Virginia Government!
