Cynda DouglasI am in my 20th year as an English teacher, 4th year as English chair at Champe HS. I graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S. in Secondary Education (with a focus on English and Language Arts) and a minor in communications. When I moved to Virginia 16 years ago, I continued my studies and completed her M.A. in English and Literature at George Mason University. Most recently, I completed an endorsement in Educational Leadership at Shenandoah University.
