Welcome to Steuart Weller, home of the Wild Cats!   My name is Erin Timothy and I am the Assistant Principal at Steuart W. Weller Elementary School.  I have been thrilled to be a part of the Wild Cat family since 2013 serving this great school community!

I taught in Loudoun County Public Schools for 14 years prior to becoming part of this great administrative team in 2013! I had the rewarding experience of teaching a variety of grade levels including 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 5th grade. My many years of experience in elementary education have helped me acquire the tools needed in order to support all students, parents and staff here at Steuart W. Weller Elementary School.

Here at Steuart Weller we pride ourselves on offering a rigorous curriculum that incorporates technology and a variety of higher level learning experiences in order to ensure our students are getting the most out of their time with us.  We want all of our students to work to their maximum potential and I truly believe that we can reach all learners through a differentiated approach to instruction.

Having authentic, challenging problems at the heart of teaching and learning is a focus for LCPS and here at Weller. We are excited about the ways that we will incorporate this into our daily teaching practices as we journey toward deeper learning.  I know we will be amazed when we empower our students to achieve even more than they think is possible!

I believe communication is an imperative part of being a successful school leader so please feel free to contact me anytime and follow me on Twitter:
