     ******************Professional Biography:

     WHS Leister Ms. Leister is a native of Loudoun County having grown up in Sterling and graduating from Park View High School. She attended college at George Mason University and received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Initiatives in Education Reformation (IET). In 2001, she became a special education teacher at Loudoun Valley as well as the junior varsity cheerleading coach. Ms. Leister came to Woodgrove in 2012 as a special education teacher in a crass categorical program capacity. She has taught in bought direct instruction and academically supported environments in English, History, and Science. Currently, Ms. Leister is teaching in the Autism program focusing on Functional Life Skills, Transition, and Social Competency Skills.
