Joy Anderson teaches Culinary Arts at Monroe Technology Center. She has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Family Resources from West Virginia University. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration from Shenandoah University.
Coursework in Culinary Education was obtained through the National Restaurant Association, Johnson and Wales University, and The Culinary Institute of America. She holds both ProStart and ServSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association.
