• Sandy Sokol has been involved in Fire/Rescue since 1992. She has a Bachelors Degree in Special Education and spent 7 years teaching in the public school setting teaching Special Education. She left teaching in 2001 to pursue a career in Alexandria VA as a Paramedic. She has been teaching in the Fire/Rescue field since 2002 and brings years of experience and teaching expertise to her classroom. She continues to actively volunteer within the Fire/Rescue Department where she is a Captain/Acting Battalion Chief.
