Hi! My name is Mrs. Atkinson. I am so excited to be teaching First Grade! This will be my sixteenth year teaching and my thirteenth year at Seldens Landing. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education PreK-6 in 2008. After graduating, I spent three years teaching Kindergarten in Fairfax County, followed by a year teaching Fourth Grade here at Seldens. Since then, I have taught First Grade here at Seldens Landing and absolutely love it! I live in Purcellville with my husband and dog, Moose. I love reading, spending time with my family and friends, and going to the beach and Disney World. I am looking forward to a great year in First Grade here at Seldens Landing!
