Mrs. Stacey Hagenlock

My name is Stacey Hagenlock and I am THRILLED to be your child’s teacher. I can't wait for our exciting and fun-filled year in kindergarten! We have so much to learn together and from one another. 

This is my thirteenth year at Legacy and my  sixteenth year in Loudoun County Public schools. I am excited about getting to know all of the new faces while spending the year learning together. This will be my 23rd year as a teacher.I received my BS in history and my teaching degree at Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I currently continue to further my own education through a variety of classes. During my career I have also taught full day kindergarten in Fairfax and Stafford, 3rd grade in Stafford, preschool in Loudoun County, and first grade here at Legacy and around the corner at Rosa Lee.

I am the mom of 3 college boys. Nicholas is completing his senior year, William is entering his junior year at High Point (Go Panthers!), and Michael will be a sophmore at  JMU (Go Dukes!).  All 3 boys are proud Legacy alumnae! Mr. Hagenlock and I enjoy time playing sports (Mr. H. plays lacrosse and I enjoy the gym and am just learning pickleball!), the beach, and traveling when we have time.

I am blessed to be teaching with Mrs. Toms again this year. She and I have worked together for several years and our classroom couldn't do all that we are able to without her! Her support, smile, kindness, knowledge of students and curriculum, and love of learning make her a true gift! 

We look forward to teaching our students something new each day and value those fresh daily lessons that they teach me. I am excited about the growth that our class will make individually and together over this school year.
