MSAAC (Minority Student Academic Achievement Committee) is an active organization of students, parents, teachers and committee members. MSAAC is open to and welcomes all LCPS community members.
MSAAC:
- Champions opportunities to academic access and success for minority students.
- Generates awareness of academic resources within LCPS and the community.
- Promotes inclusivity, collaboration and unity through community.
- Advocates for minority students and their families through empowered delegates.
- Reviews policy & regulations to reduce gaps in access and opportunity.
Our Mission:
To partner with Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS), parents and the community to acknowledge and promote the needs of minority students. By building a school system that is culturally and socially competent and positioned to provide fair and equitable learning experiences for all students.
2023-24 Focus Areas:
While MSAAC continues to address a variety of initiatives impacting students. During the 2023-24 academic year we will particularly focus on two areas:

General Body Meetings:
These meetings are held monthly and open to the public. Parents and students are encouraged to attend. Meet school delegates and learn about resources within LCPS.
