I am truly a native of this area having grown up in Fairfax County and graduating from Oakton High School. I earned my undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in Elementary Education PK-7 and Intellectual Disabilities K-12. Go HOKIES!! After teaching 6th grade Middle School regular education for several years in Prince William County, I traveled to Evanston, IL to attend Northwestern University where I completed my Masters' Degree in Learning Disabilities K-12. Throughout the years I have taught Preschool through 6th grade, regular education and special education, in both Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. My husband and I live in Ashburn, VA and have 3 beautiful daughters! I consider it an honor and a privilege to say that I am teaching here at Steuart Weller Elementary School where I am part of a wonderful faculty and staff.Beth Webster
Hi Parents and Students! My name is Beth Webster and I am excited to be the 3rd grade Resource Teacher this year. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in child development and a Master's degree in special education from Liberty University. I have 2 daughters; Grace is in 9th and Ava is in 6th.

My name is Phylicia Fisher and I feel so fortunate to be a part of the Steuart Weller community. This year I will be the 5th grade resource teacher. This will be my 2nd year with LCPS and my 8th year teaching Special Education. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education from Syracuse University and graduate degree in Elementary Education at Texas State University. I live in Ashburn with my husband, 5 month old son Harrison, and our dog Lucy. In my free time I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, and scrapbooking. Hello! My name is Faith McKinney, and I am so excited to begin my third year of teaching here at Steuart W. Weller Elementary! I graduated from Liberty University with a Master's in Special Education and I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus in Child Development. I'm excited to get to know your child and partner with you this year. As a resource teacher I provide instruction in small group reading, writing, math, and co-teach in all subject areas. My name is Heather Crummitt and this is my third year as the Intensive Program Teacher in Autism at Steuart W. Weller Elementary School.
Before coming to Loudoun County Public Schools, I taught at a private school in Frederick, MD, servicing special education students at the elementary level. Previously, I taught 4 years in Maryland Public Schools, teaching in the classroom in first and fifth grades, and teaching special education intervention in elementary.
I studied at Hood College, in Frederick, MD, graduating in 2010 with a degree in elementary and special education. I am working on my American Sign Language Certificate, and plan to begin my Master’s courses in 2019, while continuing to teach here at Steuart W. Weller.
I was born and raised in Middletown, MD, living in the area all my life. I recently bought my first house, residing in Maryland, with my "wild cat” Gretta and my dog Reggie. I will be getting married in October 2018!Gayathri Jegannathan
Hi! My name is Gayathri Jegannathan, I go with "Gaya" and this is my second year as the K-2 teacher at Steuart Weller. I truly am blessed to be a part of this Wonderful Weller family. I was born and brought up in India and moved to the United Kingdom for my Post grduation in Special Needs and Inclusion. I got married and moved to the United States and completed my Masters in Early Childhood Unified Program in the University of Kansas. When I am not at school I am busy with my husband and my three-year old son "Krish". We love travelling and exploring new places and seeing new things together. I am looking forward to all the new things and meeting all the new people this year brings.
