Volunteers Welcome!
We love to have volunteers in the classroom. We welcome parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, etc.
Here are some of the ways we use volunteers:
Work with a small group of students on a learning game during reading, language arts and math centers
Create or organize learning materials at home
Speak to the class during one of our units
Work with with one child
Play a game with the students
Help with a science or social studies unit
Help with field trips, special events and parties
Read to the children/have children read to you
Present to the children about your job or your culture
Help put together packets to go home
