Welcome to the 2023 - 2024 school year.

We are looking forward to the upcoming school year. Our mission, along with he One LCPS Strategic Plan, stresses meaningful relationships and interaction among stakeholders. As we start our school year, welcoming new students and faculty with those returning, our faculty and staff will renew our commitment to these connections with each other and our community.

Self-awareness and knowing our students individually and collectively are key steps towards the LCPS mission of 'empowering all students to make meaningful contributions.' Paths to success are not always well blazed trails, but rather unique and individual webs of development. With this, our collective growth mindset is important to promoting the individual achievement and character of our diverse learning community.

I have been a part of the Broad Run Community since 1998. I find significant satisfaction being able to connect with students, parents, and faculty. If there is a question or concern, please always feel free to reach out. Even if we catch up at an event or in school, I hope for the opportunity to connect.
