Dawn Miller, Technology Resource Teacher
This year marks the fifteenth year that Ms. Miller has been an instructional facilitator, technology. Prior to joining the Sycolin Creek staff, Ms. Miller was a fourth grade teacher and technology resource teacher at Catoctin Elementary. Ms. Miller loved being the teacher of a single class when she taught fourth grade, and it is even better working with all the grade levels and classes!Ms. Miller attended Virginia Tech where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree. She knew she wanted to become a teacher, so she continued her education at James Madison University, where she obtained her Masters in Education. After several years of teaching, Ms. Miller completed an Integration of Technology in Schools program through George Mason University where she learned a lot about how students and teachers can maximize their use of technology.Ms. Miller and her husband have a favorite past time, playing with their three kids.
