     Mrs. Cromwell

I have been teaching Adapted PE (APE) in the County since 2007.  I graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Physical Education and a minor in Athletic Training.  While teaching, and practicing Athletic Training at a private school, in the Philadelphia area, I got a Masters Degree in Health Education with a certification in Elementary Education from Eastern University. I took time off from teaching while our 3 children were young.  We moved to VA several years ago and I worked as a substitute in LCPS for awhile before being hired as a full time teacher.  When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my family, taking pictures, watching my kids play sports, skiing, hiking, and taking long walks with our dog.
