• My name is Anne-Marie Frattali and I am a kindergarten teacher at Mill Run. This is my thirty-first year of teaching elementary school. I have been teaching here at Mill Run since it opened nineteen years ago! I have taught both kindergarten and second grade at Mill Run. Before teaching in Loudoun I was with Fairfax County Public Schools. I love being a teacher!!

When I am away from school, I enjoy spending time with my family. We live here in Ashburn.
My husband is a principal in Fairfax County Public Schools.  We have two adult sons and a middle school daughter. All three were Mill Run Mountain Lions!
I am very much looking forward to meeting our kindergarten mountain lion cubs!

Be ready for a wonderful start to elemenary school!!

Hello! My name is Leslie Pompilio and I am very excited to be working in the Fish class with Mrs. Frattali. I have been working at Mill Run for three years. I'm originally from North Carolina and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill. I have a M-Ed degree from Marymount University. I taught Kindergarten in Alexandria, VA for eight years before taking time off to "work" at home with my four children. Connor and Matthew have graduated from college and are both working. Will is beginning his freshman year at Virginia Tech. Kat is a sophomore at Briar Woods HS. I am looking forward to an exciting year learning and growing alongside your child!
