    Grades K-1-2


                Over the next 9 weeks, we will work on Locomotor skills such as, skipping, hopping, leaping, galloping, jumping and sliding.  We will also practice Playground Safety and Chasing and fleeing activities.  Soccer skills like dribbling, passing, trapping and shooting on goal will also be covered as well as some really fun fitness games. 


    Grades 3, 4 & 5

                Over the next nine weeks, third through fifth grades will be working on Playground safety, group games, soccer skills and lead up games, football skills,  as well as Fall Physical Fitness testing.  The fitness tests will measure each students flexibility (sit/reach), arm strength (push up), abdominal strength (curl ups), and muscular endurance (pacer).
