About Mrs. Allen
Mrs. Rhonda Allen is in her 21th year of teaching at Lincoln Elementary and her 29th year of teaching in Loudoun County.  She loves teaching at such a small school.  She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary and Middle Education and began her teaching career in Loudoun County at Aldie Elementary as a kindergarten teacher.  After one year in Kindergarten, she moved on to teach a first and second grade combination class.  That experience taught her a great deal about planning for diverse learners.

Mrs. Allen understands that your child comes to school with unique experiences, interests and learning styles. This is especially true because of distance learning the last eleven weeks of school. Her goal is to truly know your child well and use this knowledge to guide, support and motivate him or her. She believes that good teaching requires continual professional development, personal reflection and collaboration. She value parent involvement and encourages you to partner with her to give your child the most powerful and joyous learning experience possible.

Mrs. Allen is a life long resident of Loudoun County and believes that Loudoun is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. She lives in Hamilton with her husband and a dog.  Mrs. Allen's oldest daughter is a graduate of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and is teaching World History at John Champe High School.  Mrs. Allen's youngest daughter is currently pursuing her doctorate at WIlliam &Mary.
