    Hi!  My name is Joy Kirk and I am excited to soar with my Leesburg Eagles this year.  I was born and raised near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and then got my Master’s degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia.  I am entering my twenty-sixth year of teaching and second year with Loudoun County Public Schools. I am the proud bonus-mom (aka step-mom) of three incredible grown daughters, a bragging grandma of two and the awesome dog-mom to two lab-pitbull mixes.  


    I know this will be an exciting year to teach and learn with new stellar students.  We will have wonderful adventures together.
