    Hi Hillside Families!!  We will be posting fun activities to stay active during the COVID-19 outbreak and recovery.  Please check back on Thursday, March 19 for additional information.  Use the links on the left to help get you started with activities. 

    Fitness Clubs Before School Fitness clubs will be held (November - April) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 in the gym.   Fitness Club ends each day at 7:45.  Each month is a different activity.
    Roll to school Walk/Bike Wednesday's Bike or Walk to School Day will be on the second Wednesday of each month.  Grab your bikes or walk to school with a group of friends.  Those walking or biking will receive a bike or walk token for participating in our event.
    Dates are as follows:   April 15 and May 6.
    Fuel up to play 60 Fuel Up to Play 60 - Students in grades 4-5 have been learning about Fuel Up to Play 60 program.  It is a free program to promote healthy eating and 60 minutes of exercise per day.  Students sign up, take the challenge and log information onto the Fueluptoplay60.com website.  We are looking for student ambassadors (leaders) who want to help promote healthy eating and exercise around the school.  Students who are interested should let Mrs. Aubel and Mrs. Booth know their interest.  These students will meet on the 1st and 2nd Friday's of each month in the gym at 7:30-7:50.  They will be helping with Walk Wednesdays and other projects around the school.  Check out Hillside's Success Story on FuelUptoPlay60.com.
