Back to School
This school year will mark Mrs. Booker's 21th year in education.  She has taught in Loudoun County for eighteen years, and she is very much looking forward to working with the Algonkian Elementary School community for a fifth year!
Mrs. Booker holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia in the Classics, Latin & Greek. She holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from St. Joseph's University and has taken courses toward both Gifted and ELL endorsements.
She looks forward to creating a positive community of learners who are valued as individuals.  Her classroom is always a safe, inviting place where every child knows he or she is loved and accepted.  While learning to make good choices is the focal point of her behavior management plan, every new day brings with it a blank slate when a child enters Mrs. Booker's room.
