• My name is Nancy Foster, and this is my fifteenth year teaching for Loudoun County Public Schools.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Evangel University in Springfield, MO.   I also have a Master's in Education as a Reading Specialist from Shenandoah University. I have several years of teaching experience in Alaska, Florida, Germany, and Hampton, VA.  Together, we will have an exciting year in second grade.
