    PTA Budget

    Income and Expenses for 2016-2017 school year. 

     

    PTA Money Procedures 

    Detailed information regarding: Events involving cash; Fundraisers involving the collection of cash and/or checks; Reimbursement requests; Donations; and Fee Waiver Authorization.

     

    Request for Funds Form 

    Use this form for any of the following: reimbursement requests; invoice payments; request for advance; cash box request; grade level allotment; and stipend request. 

     

    Funds Deposit Form 

    Use this form for fundraisers involving the collection of cash and/or checks to give to the PTA Treasurer for deposit.

     

    Event/Fundraising Donations Form 

    Use this form for donations that are requested or received for an event and/or fundraiser.
