Schedule Change Process

  • The link to complete the schedule change request form will be sent to students after the student meets with their school counselor.

    Students please complete this form in its entirety. Completing this form DOES NOT guarantee that a schedule change will be approved. After submitting the form, it is expected that you will continue attending your class until you have been notified that a final decision has been made. Once you submit this form, the following steps will occur:

    1. Your current teacher will receive an email with information about your request to provide their thoughts and feedback.
    2. Your parent/guardian will then receive an email with a link to provide their thoughts.
    3. Your counselor will review parent and teacher feedback, as well as provide their own feedback to the assistant principal.
    4. Your assistant principal will review all of the above information and approve or deny your request.
    5. Your parent/guardian & school counselor will receive an email with the final decision. Your school counselor will then work with you to make the schedule change, if approved.

    As there are multiple people who must review this change, please know that it may take up to 2 weeks (10 school days) to receive a final decision. If you submitted the form and it has been longer than 2 weeks, please feel free to follow up with your school counselor if you have questions.
