Mrs. Elizabeth Gray

Hi there! My name is Elizabeth Gray, and I am excited to be part of the Pinebrook community! 

This will be my 13th year in education. Previously I've taught third grade at Horizon and  Arcola Elementary Schools, and I spent last year as the PALS tutor here at Pinebrook. I've also done years of private tutoring and volunteering. I received my bachelors degree from Duquense University in Pittsburgh, PA, and I completed my masters in reading from UVA in 2013. 

I'm originally from Indiana, PA but have lived in northern Virginia since 2006 and now consider it home. I have two lovely Pinebrook pumas of my own and enjoy going on adventures with them in my free time!  I also love reading, the beach, going on long walks, and spending time with my friends and family! 

I am excited to welcome your children into room 30 this year.  We are going to have a fabulous time learning together!
