I am excited about teaching Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 this year at Willard Middle School!  I believe that a scholar's knowledge and skills developed in school will help move them forward to lead meaningful and productive lives.  I hope that students join me in taking an active role in their own achievement.

Before becoming a teacher, I graduated from Park View High School here in LCPS, then went to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from James Madison University. I also have a Master’s degree from George Mason University in a program called Initiatives in Educational Transformation. I taught Spanish 1 through 4 in Prince William County for 14 years before joining the staff here at Willard.

When I'm not at school, I am with my 3 young children, and we have lots of family local to the area. We like being outside, attending local events around Loudoun, and snuggling for a movie after dinner. We're involved with Loudoun Soccer and the Loudoun South Little League.
