Mrs. Hend Hweio

Hello CRE!  My name is Hend Hweio and I am so excited to be teaching first grade as a long-term substitute. This is my third year teaching and and my second year teaching in LCPS.

I live in Chantilly with my husband and four amazing children. In my free time I enjoy going on walks, reading and photography.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I worked in the IT field for more than eight years, then I decided to switch to teaching.  I have a passion for teaching young children. I have taught and substituted Kindergarten through Fifth grade in different schools in Loudoun County.

My goal as a teacher is to create a comfortable, fun, and loving environment where my students can grow as learners. I believe all children have their own abilities that they will discover, and I will nurture them by providing them with the right tools to be successful.
