Hello Cardinal Ridge Families!

My name is Alexa O'Donnell and I am so excited to teach first grade here at Cardinal Ridge Elementary! I have taught first grade for twelve years and I love watching the firsties learn and grow. This will be my first year teaching here at Cardinal Ridge, so I will be learning and growing with my students this year. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Go Gamecocks! 

I live right here in the South Riding community. I live with my husband, two little boys and our dog. My boys are four and two years old and will eventually attend Cardinal Ridge as well. You might just see my two littles riding around the neighborhood in their blue Hot Wheels car :)

My goal for this year is to create a classroom where all students feel comfortable and willing to learn. This will be an amazing year and I can't wait for your child to be part of our classroom community!
