Mrs. Durkin

Hi and welcome to Mrs. Durkin's 4th Grade Class!

Mrs. Durkin is so excited for the 2023-2024 school year! She has taught 2nd grade and 4th grade and this will be her 14th year teaching! Mrs. Durkin is a proud graduate of Loudoun County Public Schools where she graduated from Broad Run High School. She then attended Virginia Tech where she completed a five-year Masters program and received a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education in May 2010. When Mrs. Durkin is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters Abby and Brooke, and their dog Duke. She enjoys cooking, going to the beach, spending time outside, going to sporting events (go Hokies, Nats, and Bills), and working out.
