• Ways You Can Help Families in Need at Our School

The following are some ways you can help support our students and families that may have a need at our school:

    • Make a monetary donation to the Needs Network Program, using this link. These funds would be at the discretion of the principal to help assist with families who are experiencing medical and financial challenges, families new to the school who might need assistance getting settled and families who are experiencing loss of housing or crisis.
    • Purchase gift cards (grocery stores, Walmart, Target, gas cards) to give to the school to have on hand for families in need.
    • Signup to be part of the Needs Network Volunteers If there is an immediate need for a specific item, the family liaison will contact you to see if you can help.
    • Help pay a LinQ Meal Account balance for a student in need. You can send in cash or check (payable to County of Loudoun) in an envelope with your child to the main office. You can also donate funds from your child’s cafeteria account toward the Debt of Children who had insufficient funds on their account using this form.
    • Donate a School Supply Kit to a student in need for next year! You can either donate in the Needs Network or when you place your own student's order through Sprout (school code BSES001 by July 11th).

Thank you so much for your consideration and support of our BeST families! If you have any questions, please contact Jess Klinger at jessica.klinger@lcps.org.
