The foundation of our club is based on the principles of Sources of Strength. Sources of Strength is an evidence-based suicide prevention program that trains students to be peer leaders to positively impact their world through the power of connection, hope, help and strength. Sources of Strength is a program used across the country to help students identify who/what you have in your life to rely on in times of need, from sports when you need to clear your head, to friends when you need a laugh. Sources of Strength helps you identify what you use in your daily life for laughs, to feel healthier, or when you don't feel so great.
