Ms. Cynthia Ross
I’m very happy to be the School Testing Coordinator at William Obediah Robey High School. This is my twenty-third year as an educator in Loudoun County, the first twenty-one years dedicated to teaching or supporting English learners (and their teachers) with English language and content. I hold a master’s degree in curriculum/instruction from George Mason University and have several Virginia teaching endorsements in addition to ESL. My role is to organize and run important tests like the SOLs and WorkKeys, which students need for their diploma, but also to help students be successful by learning their unique strengths & areas for growth. Then I can work with their teachers, counselor, and other staff to support them as they reach for their goals. I thoroughly enjoy learning about - and learning from! - our students!
A native of northern Virginia and a fourth-generation teacher, I love teaching, learning, language, music, and cooking.
