• Hello and welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year! I am so happy to be here at Meadowland!

    I grew up in Georgia, but I love living in Virginia and have been here for 20 years.

    I graduated from Upper Iowa University with a Master’s in Business Administration and received my Virginia teaching license from Shenandoah University with endorsements in both English as a Second Language (ESOL) and Family and Consumer Sciences.

    While this is my 2nd year as an EL teacher in the Loudoun County Public School System, I have over 7 years of teaching experience in all.

    In my time off, I love to read, paint, cook, and spend time with family, friends, and 5 pets!
