    WELCOME TO BROAD RUN HIGH SCHOOL

    Loudoun County Public Schools will begin accepting 2024-2025 on February 1, 2024 however, BRHS will not process new registration until after April 1, 2024. Only NEW students need to register for the new school year. Existing students will already be enrolled and counted for next school year.

    Due to the time involved, enrollments are by appointment only. Please call the Broad Run High School Office of School Counseling at 571-252-2314 to schedule a registration appointment. When you call for an appointment, please notify us if any of the conditions listed below apply to your son/daughter:

    • Your child receives special education services.
    • Your child speaks English as a second language.
    • You are not the parent of the child you wish to enroll.

    Documents Required to Enroll a Student

    • Original birth certificate
    • Proof of residency
    • Transcript/Report Card from last school attended
    • Immunization records (Required immunizations page)
    • TB screening (Complete Form)
    • IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)
    • Custody/guardianship papers (if applicable)

    Please fill out, sign, and return a Records Request Form so we can request official records from the school the student previously attended.

     

     Student Withdrawal

     

    The withdrawing student's parent/guardian MUST notify the School Counseling Office of the student's impending departure and complete a "Withdrawal Format least three days in advance of the planned departure. The parent/guardian is required to complete and sign the form and return it to the School Counseling Office.The signed form will be given to the student during their last two days of school. The student will walk the form through the building obtaining teacher signatures, withdrawal grades, and returning text books and library books. All books must be returned to avoid a deficiency.
