Hello Macaws, I am Ms. Rutledge!! I am so excited to be teaching third grade this year at Madison’s Trust Elementary School. I grew up in Loudoun County and attended Briar Woods High School. I am so excited to be back in the county teaching my own students! I graduated from James Madison University with my Masters in Elementary Education. Go Dukes!
Outside of school I love to be outdoors hiking, biking, swimming, or walking my adopted dog, Cocoa. In college I studied abroad in Italy, and I still enjoy traveling to new places. I am also an avid reader and love reading in my free time. I enjoy attending Nat’s games in the summertime, I am a D.C. Sports fan!
I cannot wait to meet my students and am looking forward to a year working together!
