School Climate Survey Reports

  • In May 2023, LCPS conducted division-wide parent, student, and staff surveys to collect data about the perceptions of our families regarding some of the climate factors that influence student achievement. Questions addressed topics such as positive relationships between teachers and students, student-peer relations, rules and expectations, bullying, and communication. The survey is intended to be used with other data points to identify strengths and areas for growth as we strive to create optimal learning opportunities for all students.

Reports for the surveys are accessible with the links below for each school level. Through deeper analysis and reflection, we can gain an understanding of the factors producing the results and how we can take steps to continually improve our school climate.

Reports are available for schools with greater than 10 respondents.
