Greetings Red Wings! My name is Mrs. Ahmed, and I am thrilled to return to Cardinal Ridge Elementary School for the 2022-2023 school year! As a school counselor, I believe that all students should be encouraged to achieve optimal personal growth, to acquire positive social skills and values, to set appropriate career goals, and to realize full academic potential in order to become productive, contributing members of the world community.

I earned my B.S. in Business/IT from GMU and an M.Ed. in School Counseling from LU. I am committed to implementing innovative, student-centered, and system-focused school counseling services to best meet the needs of all students. I strive to create an environment that meets the academic, social, emotional, creative, and physical needs of all individuals so they can learn, continuously improve, and meet the challenges of an ever-changing society.
